I was born and raised at the Baltic seaside in the north of Germany. The early experience of nature, water, light and wide open skies often gave me a feeling of connection, that eventually became one of the driving forces in my creative work. 

Looking back, it was my personal interest in visual arts, interior design and beauty, that brought me to London, where I was able to lay the foundation for my later work.
